Training

Packages of training are available depending on your goals and level of commitment:

5 session minimum package:
Sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Within 5 sessions, you will have a better idea of what to expect, a basic understanding of what it will take to reach your goals, and a sense of what intensity level it will take to see results.

Custom Training Program:
Our clients train anywhere from 2-5 times per week. When you purchase 20 or more sessions, you can receive a 10% discount. After our initial consultation, an honest assessment will be made as to how many sessions you will need to invest in per week to attain your goals. We will then tailor a training and nutrition regime to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently.

30 Minute Personal Training Sessions:
This is a great option for people with tight schedules or who need a less intense initial training program. Packages are also available.

Buddy Training Sessions:
Train with a friend and receive a discounted rate with a minimum purchase of 10 sessions.

Online Personal Training:
Now you can access Personal Training online! We realize that sometimes the distance involved, schedule conflicts, or life events can make it challenging to come in and work out in person. We will help you stay on track from your living room, garage, or local gym with custom personal training programs designed to meet your goals. Our plans are easy to follow (with photos if needed) and most importantly, they get results! The cost for a customized workout plan will include access to our virutal trainer site. Competition training

Thinking about competing in bodybuilding, figure, or physique? We have the resources to get you on stage! My husband and I love training competitors and getting them into the best shape of their lives. We will create custom workouts and diet plans to get you stage ready in a reasonable amount of time without sacrificing your hard-earned muscle. We offer both onsite and remote training packages so we can train local and long-distance clients. Posing classes

I have competed in many competitions and have the experience it takes to know what is looked for in the various organizations. Whether it’s NANBF/OCB/IFPA, INBF/WNBF, ABA/INBA/PNBA, NGA/PNGA, or NPC/IFBB, they all have different posing criteria and require different looks and posing styles. I am familiar with these organizations and will help you pose correctly to fit their guidelines, while also bringing out your best attributes (small waist, broad shoulders, etc).
Posing is all about manipulating your body to show yourself in the best light possible- and I have an eye for that! I will help out not only with your mandatory poses, but also with the required stage walks, routines, suit selections, and any other assistance needed to ensure your bring your most polished package to the stage!
